The avocado is an evergreen, tropical tree with green, pear-shaped, nutrient-dense fruit. The term avocado refers to both the tree and the fruit. Also known as an alligator pear or butter fruit. Avocados are a satisfying and versatile food with a creamy, buttery texture.

  • Avocado for Acne and Dry Skin - 1 ripe avocado, 1 tablespoon honey. Scoop out the avocado into a bowl. Mash it into a smooth paste. Add honey to this paste and mix it in. Apply this mixture to your face. Leave it on for 20 minutes or until it dries up completely. Rinse your face with cold water. Pat it dry with a towel. You should do this 1 or 2 times a week.
  • Avocado for Dry Skin - ½ ripe avocado, 1 tablespoon yogurt. Scoop out the avocado into a bowl. Mash it into a smooth paste. Avoid any lumps so that it’s easy to spread. Add yogurt to this paste and whisk with a fork. Apply the mixture with a brush or your fingers in a circular motion. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse it off with cold water and follow up with a moisturizer. You should do this 2 -3 times a week.
  • Avocado for All Types of Skin - ½ ripe banana, ½ ripe avocado. Mash the banana and avocado in a bowl. Make it into a smooth paste without lumps. Apply it to your face and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off with water and pat your face dry. You should do this 1-2 times a week.
  • Avocado for Oily Skin - 1 egg white, 1 ripe avocado. Separate the egg white from the yolk. Scoop out the avocado and mash it fully. Combine the egg whites with the mashed avocado. Apply the mask to your face and leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash it off with cold water. You should do this at least once a week.
  • Avocado for Combination Skin -   Combination skin is simply having oily skin in some areas of your face and dry skin in other areas. 1 ripe avocado, 1 tablespoon Skin and Hair Virgin Coconut Oil, 1 tablespoon Body Hydrate Aloe Vera Gel. Mash the avocado into a paste. Add Skin and Hair Virgin Coconut Oil and mix it in thoroughly. Mix in the Body Hydrate Aloe Vera Gel and blend it fully. Wash your face first before you apply this. Leave this mask on for 15-20 minutes. Wipe it off with a soft cloth or wash it with off with cold water. You should do this 1-2 times a week.

Add two tablespoons of skin and hair extra virgin coconut oil and mix well. Start applying this mixture to your hair and scalp. Ensure that you focus on the tips of your hair as these are the oldest and most damaged parts. Once your hair is fully covered in the mixture, cover it with a shower cap and wait for 30 minutes.
