What is CTM?

CTM stands for cleansing, toning and moisturizing. CTM is the ideal skincare routine. There are three daily basic steps for skin care routine. You start with a good cleanser, follow it up with a toner to further clean out your pores and tighten them, and then finish up with a hydrating moisturizer.  These aren’t just the three vital steps to ensuring glowing, fresh and youthful skin; these are the very heart and core of healthy skincare. This routine should become a part of your life. CTM should be done twice a day, in the morning and at night before going to bed, if you don’t get time in the morning, then at least you should do once a day before going to bed.

CTM Routine – Young Skin

Step 1 - CLEANSING

  • Splash water on your face, preferably room temperature water.
  • Very cold water or very hot water is best avoided as they leave your skin feeling dry and tight.
  • Apply a small amount of a lightweight, hydrating cleanser such as Face Cleanse Olive, Jojoba & Hazelnut Oil or face wash that is enriched in regenerating and protective oils, this gentle care won’t dry out skin or leave it greasy.
  • Use small circular motions to gently massage the cleanser into your face.
  • Avoid going too close to your eyes.
  • Take a full minute to work the cleanser into the smaller areas like around the nose, the hair line and under the jaw and get every bit of dust, out.

 Step 2 - TONING

  • Pat your skin dry using a microfiber towel or a soft cotton cloth.
  • Simply blot away the water from your face instead of rubbing vigorously.
  • Gently apply it over your face while staying away from the eye area.
  • Toner balances the pH level of your skin and helps it better absorb the skincare that comes next.

Step 3 - MOISTURIZING

  • CTM routine is incomplete without a good moisturizer
  • Take the Cream or moisturizer like on the finger tips.
  • Dab on finger tips of both hands, dot on face and then gently spread on face whole massaging.

CTM Routine – Mature Skin

1 - Remove makeup

  • If you wear makeup, you should remove it before you go to bed.
  • Use it before you cleanse your face.
  • Take a cotton pad and soak it with Refresh green tea make up remover. Simply wipe off the makeup with a soaked pad until it is gone.

2 - Cleanse twice a day

  • You should wash your face twice a day, once in the morning before you put on makeup, and once at night before you go to bed. You should also cleanse after sweating heavily.
  • Wet your skin with warm water but not hot water. Warm water helps remove dirt, but hot water will dry out your skin.
  • Apply the Face Cleanse Olive, Jojoba & Hazelnut Oil and massage it on your skin in upwards, circular motions.
  • Remove completely, either by using a sponge or by splashing with warm water. Dab your face dry with a clean towel.

3 - Apply toner after your cleanser

  • Toner should be applied once you have dried your face after cleansing.
  • If you have dry or sensitive skin, Face Soft Rose Damascene Toner is good for every skin try, Enriched with damascene rose, the toner hydrates, softens skin and stimulates circulation, boosts tired and dull skin.

4 - Moisturize your skin

  • Your moisturizer goes on after your toner absorbs.
  • Apply moisturizer or face oil or creams with finger tips in dot way on face and then gently spread on whole face and massage for 2 to 3 mint.
